Matt McCreadie
As the Chief Executive Officer of First American Trust, Matt McCreadie oversees the strategic direction and corporate operations of the Santa Ana, CA based financial services company. Matt has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience in various managerial roles.
Matt started his career at Deloitte in South Africa in the audit practice, before moving to the US and into Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services group where he spent several years consulting on the financial aspects of transactions within various industries. After leaving Deloitte in 2012, Matt joined First American Financial Corporation as Vice President of Regulatory Reporting, before moving into the Vice President, Treasurer role in 2014. In 2020 Matt moved over to First American Trust, where he was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. In 2022, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer and appointed to the board of First American Trust.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an Honors Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
